Albuquerque, NM - Injuries After Collision at Loyola Pl & Lomas Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (April 10, 2021) - An accident left at least one person injured late on Friday, April 9, in Albuquerque. 

Local reports indicated that the crash took place that evening at around 6:37 p.m. The corner of Loyola Place NE and Lomas Boulevard NE was reportedly the site of the collision. The westbound lanes of Lomas Boulevard were closed due to the impact. 

Following the accident, local authorities closed the area and diverted nearby traffic, contributing to delays on the road. Paramedics were present to provide treatment to the injured parties. The severity of the related injuries has not been reported at this time. 

The Albuquerque Police Department is managing the investigation into the accident.
