Speeding-Related Accidents in Albuquerque
The risk of exceeding the speed limit is fairly well known, in part to increased awareness campaigns by state and local governments. Sadly, far too many drivers still routinely speed, and Albuquerque has a particularly serious issue with racing and other forms of negligent driving. In the United States, thousands are killed annually in high-speed crashes, with nearly 25 people being killed daily by speeding drivers in 2018.

Determining liability for a crash can be difficult and more complex than simply determining fault, and injured parties are often unprepared to protect their legal rights after a catastrophic accident.
