Albuquerque, NM - Car Accident at I-25 & I-40 Results in Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (April 10, 2021) - There were confirmed injuries resulting from a vehicle collision in the Albuquerque area on Friday, April 9. 

Local authorities were notified of the accident at around 1:32 p.m. that afternoon. Near the intersection of Interstate 25 NB and Interstate 40 WB, at least two vehicles reportedly collided. Multiple emergency response units were called to the scene. 

First responders were on-site to provide aid to the crash victims. At this time, the severity and number of resulting injuries have not been disclosed. The identities of the injured parties have been withheld. 

An investigation into the cause of the accident is in progress.
