Albuquerque, NM - Avalon Rd & 98th St Scene of Accident with Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (April 26, 2021) - Local authorities reported an injury crash in Albuquerque on Monday, April 26. 

At around 9:52 a.m. that morning, the crash occurred at the intersection of Avalon Road NW and 98th Street NW. The incident left at least one person with undisclosed injuries. Emergency responders were sent to the scene to render aid to the wounded parties. 

A roadblock was put in place by local officials when the emergency personnel arrived. The extent of the ensuing damages has not been disclosed by authorities. 

The Albuquerque Police Department is managing the investigation into the crash, and more information will be provided as it continues.
