Albuquerque, NM - Accident with Injuries at I-40 & 12th St

Albuquerque, NM (April 23, 2021) - There were confirmed injuries after a car crash on Friday, April 23, in the city of Albuquerque. 

At around 8:44 a.m. that morning, first responders were called to the crash site. The scene was located on the Interstate 40 EB off-ramp at 12th Street NW. The extent of the resulting injuries was not included in the initial reports. 

The crash victims were provided medical aid by responding paramedics, and EMS vehicles were on-site to transport those requiring additional treatment. The identities of those involved have been withheld. 

An ongoing investigation into the crash is in progress.
