Albuquerque, NM - Serious Injury Crash at Central Ave & Girard Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (March 10, 2021) - There were serious injuries reported after a car accident in the Albuquerque area on Tuesday, March 9. 

At around 9:38 p.m., local authorities received a call notifying them of the crash. Two vehicles reportedly collided shortly after entering the intersection of Central Avenue NE and Girard Boulevard NE. There were confirmed injuries at the scene. 

The number of accident victims involved has not been reported at this time. Those requiring further treatment were taken to a neighboring medical facility. No further updates on the conditions of the injured parties have been provided. 

An ongoing investigation into the accident is currently in progress.
