Albuquerque, NM - Serious Injuries after Collision on Copper Ave

Albuquerque, NM (March 5, 2021) - There were serious injuries reported at the site of an Albuquerque car accident on Friday, March 5. 

Local authorities were notified of the crash at around 1:29 p.m. The accident occurred on Copper Avenue, according to reports from the Albuquerque Fire Rescue. At least one person at the scene sustained injuries. 

The site was closed while investigators and emergency responders were present. Those requiring further aid were taken to neighboring hospitals for treatment. No further information has been provided at this time. 

An ongoing investigation into the accident is being handled by the Albuquerque Police Department.
