Albuquerque, NM - Pedestrian Injured in Crash at I-25 & Ave Cesar Chavez

Albuquerque, NM (March 3, 2021) - A pedestrian suffered injuries after being involved in a collision in the Albuquerque area on Wednesday, March 3. 

Local sources revealed that a motor vehicle struck a pedestrian at around 8:38 a.m. The crash occurred on Interstate 25 SB near Avenida Cesar Chavez. The injured victim was found lying on the right shoulder of the roadway. 

First responders at the scene provided medical aid to the injured party. The identity of the victim was not reported. No updates on the conditions of the wounded party have been provided. 

An investigation into the crash is being conducted by the Albuquerque Police Department.
