Albuquerque, NM - Accident at Kathryn Ave & Ortiz Dr Results in Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (March 9, 2021) - At least one person suffered injuries following a crash in Albuquerque on Tuesday, March 9. 

Local authorities were notified of the incident at around 8:28 a.m. that morning. The crash occurred at the corner of Kathryn Avenue SE and Ortiz Drive SE. Two vehicles reportedly collided shortly after entering the intersection. 

The wounded parties were provided aid by responding paramedics. Those requiring additional aid were taken to a local hospital for treatment. The identities of the crash victims have been withheld. 

The Albuquerque Police Department is currently investigating the cause of the accident.
