Albuquerque, NM - 98th St & Volcano Rd Scene of Accident with Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (March 28, 2021) - A crash in the city of Albuquerque inflicted injuries to at least one person on Saturday afternoon, March 27. 

Reports from the Albuquerque Police Department revealed that the accident happened that afternoon at around 3:25 p.m. At the corner of 98th Street NW and Volcano Road NW, two vehicles reportedly collided. There were confirmed injuries at the scene. 

Emergency responders were present to provide aid to the accident victims, but the severity and number of related injuries were not disclosed. For those who needed further treatment, EMS vehicles were on-site to transport them to neighboring hospitals. 

An investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by the APD.
