Pojoaque, NM (January 29, 2021) - Three people were killed following a deadly rollover accident near Pojoaque in Santa Fe County on Wednesday, January 27.
Local reports from the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office revealed that that the fatal crash occurred at around 3:40 a.m. that morning. A vehicle was reportedly traveling northbound on US-284 when the driver lost control, causing the vehicle to overturn. The three occupants inside the vehicle were ejected.
When emergency responders arrived, the bodies of two men and one woman were found lying on the shoulder of the highway. The cause of the deadly accident has not been revealed at this time. The identities of the deceased parties have been withheld.
An ongoing investigation into the fatal crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
