Fatal Motorcycle Accidents in New Mexico

Farmington, NM - Sean Wiley Killed in Motorcycle Crash at Dustin Ave & 20th StMotorcycle riding is a common occurrence in New Mexico, and several residents enjoy riding their bikes around the state. Unfortunately, these vehicles put drivers and passengers in greater danger on the road. Motorcycle riders and passengers are extremely susceptible in the event of an accident. For this and other reasons, motorcycle accidents are overrepresented in national traffic deaths. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, over 80% of motorcycle accidents result in death or injury, with motorcyclists having a 27-fold increased risk of dying in an accident.

It is understandable that surviving family members seek justice when a loved one dies as a result of someone else's misdeeds, yet wrongful death claims are among the most difficult cases to pursue. A wrongful death case in New Mexico could help families get the money they need to cover funeral and burial fees, medical bills, mental distress, and other costs associated with a fatal accident. Because wrongful death lawsuits in Albuquerque are intricate, with stringent statutes of limitations and restrictions on who can file, you will benefit from having an experienced legal team on your side.

When a family one is killed in a sudden accident, you should call an Albuquerque wrongful death lawyer right once to discuss your legal possibilities for compensation and to protect your legal rights. Will Ferguson & Associates' New Mexico wrongful death lawyers recognize that no amount of money can compensate for the loss of a loved one, but we also recognize that clients who have lost a family member are frequently in financial distress.
